NBA Scores San Antonio Spurs beat Chicago Bulls at home NBA Picks Nov 17 2010 - Tony Parker scored 21 points and Tim Duncan added 16 and 18 rebounds as the San Antonio Spurs used a huge third quarter to overtake the Chicago Bulls and surge to a NBA Scores 103-94 home NBA Picks victory on Wednesday.

The Bulls got back into at the end, drawing within 99-94 when Derrick Rose drained a 3-pointer with 57 seconds left. But San Antonio hit four free throws in the final 50 seconds to put it away.
Rose scored 13 of his 33 points in the fourth quarter and Luol Deng collected 18 points and seven rebounds for Chicago.
