The current Vegas odds favorites posted for both the AFC and NFC Championship games show that odds makers are leaning towards the Super Bowl featuring the Seattle Seahawks versus the Denver Broncos. The Seattle Seahawks are the current favorite to win the NFC Championship versus the 49ers listed as a -3(-125) point spreads favorite, while its the Denver Broncos who are the favorites to win the AFC Championship as the -4(-125) point spreads favorite.

While the betting odds list the Seahawks and Broncos as the NFL betting favorites for the AFC and NFC Championship, the public betting trends show a different story. The current betting trends for the AFC matchup show 67% of the betting public are placing of their NFL bets on the New England Patriots with the points. While a larger portion (70%) of the betting public are taking the Patriots straight-up in the AFC Championship. As far as the Over/Under odds, which is currently listed 57( ov-110), 68% of the betting public believe this matchup will be a high scoring duel and will go over the posted total.

The betting trends for the NFC Championship are no different and the underdog is getting the majority of the betting action. The San Francisco 49ers are the definitive favorite for the betting public. Listed as the +3(+105) point underdog against the spread, 62% of the betting public are taking the 49ers with the points. The straight-up bets on the NFC Championship are on San Francisco, as 73% of those NFL picks are on the 49ers to win SU. The Over/Under odds posted by Vegas lines makers are at 40( ov-110) and the over is the choice of the betting public by 59%.
