Trainer Dale Romans has been careful with Shackleford, leading him in some great workouts in the build-up to the 2011 Kentucky Derby Picks, and Romans is searching for his first big win since he won the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf with Tapitsfly in 2009.
